Mutualidad buys office building from UBS for €46 m: Advisors

Mutualidad, a not-for-profit insurance company that offers law and engineering professionals and their families solutions to cover all their pension and savings needs, has acquired an office building from UBS at 108 Príncipe de Vergara Street in Madrid for 46 million euros.

This building acquired by Mutualidad has a total surface area above ground of 7,295.76 m2 and a total surface area below ground of 3,589 m2. It also has the LEED Gold certification seal of sustainability and a B-rated energy certificate, which means that this operation is aligned with number 11 of the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN’s 2030 Agenda, which refers to sustainable cities and communities.

Following this transaction, Mutual now has a total of 42 properties in its portfolio, with a total surface area of 169,651.56 m2 and a market value of over €769 million.
