Morais Leitão Assists MWS in acquisition of Endiprev

Morais Leitão has provided legal counsel to Muehlhan Wind Service (MWS), a prominent Danish firm offering installation, operation, and maintenance solutions for the wind energy sector, in its acquisition of Portugal’s Endiprev, a renowned international player in onshore and offshore wind turbine services.

The merger will pave the way for the creation of a global frontrunner in the delivery of installation and services to the wind power sector, MWS said in a statement, noting that the goal is to gradually unify the two companies over time.
