Montero Aramburu in the sale of a majority stake of Coliaenergía España

Montero Aramburu has advised the shareholders of Coliaenergía España, owner of a portfolio of 1,808 MW of solar photovoltaic projects, on the sale of a majority stake in the company’s capital to the German group PNE.

The sale and transfer of the 1,808 MW portfolio has been advised by Montero|Aramburu’s multidisciplinary energy team, led by Corporate partner Miguel Cuesta Boothman (pictured above), in close collaboration with Corporate senior associates Víctor Moya Ximénez and Rebeca Cuesta and Corporate lawyer Julia Alfaro.
