Garrigues and Montero Aramburu Advise on the acquisition of ROYSE
Garrigues and Montero Aramburu has provided legal counsel in Axel Johnson International‘s acquisition of stakes in its subsidiaries, Rodamientos y Servicios (“Royse”) and Royse ISM Servicios Integrales (“ISM”), by the Swedish multinational Axel Johnson International.
Headquartered in Seville and established in 1979, Royse is a leading family-owned company in the Spanish market, specializing in bearing supply and MRO solutions for the industry. With 14 branches across Spain and over 180 professionals, Royse has established itself as a key player in its sector.
Garrigues has advised Axel Johnson with a tema formed by Beatriz Cuevas (partner), Encarna Ibáñez and Marina Cantalapiedra (associates).
