Monereo Meyer reinforces Corporate & Real Estate areas
Monereo Meyer Abogados has reinforced the Corporate and Real Estate areas with the hiring of three lawyers
Monereo Meyer Abogados, with a special focus on companies from German-speaking countries, continues to grow. Alexandra Eckhardt Francés joins the Real Estate area and will work from the Madrid office, while Alberto Gómez de Guzmán has joined the Barcelona office and Diego Oxley Babsky the Madrid office.
Alexandra Eckhardt Francés (pictured left) is specialised in Urban Law and Territorial Planning and in Real Estate and Construction Law. She is a member of the Bar Association of the Balearic Islands (ICAIB) since 2015. She graduated in Law from the University of Alicante in 2014 and is currently studying for the University Specialist in Urban Law degree from the University of the Balearic Islands and Territory Planning. Alexandra speaks Spanish, German, English and Italian.
Alberto Gómez de Guzmán (pictured centre) exercises his activity in the areas of Commercial Law and Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions. He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM), and a graduate in Law and Political Science from the CEU San Pablo University in Madrid, in addition to having a Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Data Protection, Audiovisual and Information Society Law by the Carlos III University of Madrid. Alberto speaks Spanish, German, French and English.
Diego Oxley Babsky (pictured right) is specialised in Commercial Law and Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions. He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM), has a double degree in Law and Journalism from the Carlos III University of Madrid and speaks Spanish, English and French.
