MO Estudio Legal and Menéndez consolidate alliance
MO Estudio Legal and Menéndez & Asociados Abogados have formalised their strategic alliance, which has been in place since 2025, marking the occasion with two client events held in Barcelona and Madrid on 3 and 10 June respectively. The celebrations also coincided with MO Estudio Legal’s first year of activity and the 30th anniversary of Menéndez & Asociados Abogados.
The two firms share offices in both cities and work on matters jointly, operating under a model of personalised advice directed by partners and focused on complex legal, corporate, and regulatory matters. The alliance reinforces the Madrid–Barcelona connection between the two practices.
Menéndez & Asociados Abogados, founded in Barcelona, has built its practice over three decades in Environmental, Public, and Regulatory Law. The firm currently has five partners and has advised companies and institutions on matters involving water, energy, environmentally sensitive activities, urban planning, and public procurement.
MO Estudio Legal was founded by Pablo Mayor and Lucas Osorio. Mayor is a former partner at Clifford Chance and former head of the public law and regulated sectors department at A&O Shearman. Osorio is a former corporate partner at Hogan Lovells in Madrid, where he also served as office director for seven years. The boutique specialises in public law, regulatory, corporate, corporate governance, and arbitration.
