MLGTS and SLCM instructed on €242m EDP-China Three Gorges deal
Portuguese law firm MLGTS advised EDP Renováveis (EDPR) on the sale of a 49 per cent stake in a portfolio of Portuguese wind energy assets to China Three Gorges Corporation, which instructed Lisbon firm Serra Lopes, Cortes Martins (SLCM) on the deal.
The transaction was valued at €242 million, according to Mergermarket.
The assets transferred under the terms of the deal amount to 422 megawatts of wind technology.
EDPR is a subsidiary of EDP – Energias de Portugal.
