MLGTS advises Real Madrid star Ronaldo on €75m hotel project
Morais, Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados (MLGTS) advised Real Madrid football player Cristiano Ronaldo on partnership agreements with Group Pestana Hotels & Resorts for the development of four hotels in Madeira, Lisbon, Madrid and New York.
The four hotels will operate under branding that will include “Pestana” and “CR7”.
Uría Menéndez – Proença de Carvalho advised Group Pestana Hotels & Resorts on the agreement, which involves a total investment of €75 million.
MLGTS’ clients include a number of other leading football players. In the last 12 months, the firm advised on the transfers of Angel Di María from Manchester United to PSG, as well as the transfer of Nicolas Otamendi from Valencia to Manchester City.
In addition, MLGTS advised on Anthony Martial’s move from AS Monaco to Manchester United, Radamel Falcao’s transfer from AS Monaco to Chelsea, and Jackson Martínez´s move from FC Porto to Atlético Madrid.
