Miguel Romera, new corporate legal, compliance and risk director of Vodafone Spain

New in-house move. Vodafone Spain has promoted Miguel Romera Marroquín as new corporate legal, compliance and risk director.

Miguel Romera Marroquín

Miguel Romera started his career at Vodafone in 2017 in the commercial area and was promoted to become Compliance Officer in 2022. Previously, he worked as a lawyer at Indra and Hispasat, where he was in charge of drafting contracts and legal advice on international operations. In addition, he has been Vice-Secretary of the board of Vodafone Enabler España and Secretary of the Board of Trustees at Fundación Vodafone España.

Romera holds a degree in Law and Political Science from the Complutense University of Madrid. He holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from IE Business School and a PhD in Administrative Law. He has completed specialized courses in Contract Law at Harvard University and in English Common Law at the University of London.
