Addleshaw Goddard has reinforced its Litigation and Arbitration team in Madrid with the appointment of Miguel Carbonero as a Senior Associate. With over 12 years of experience in business law, Carbonero specialises in litigation, arbitration, insolvency, and corporate restructuring.
He has a solid track record advising both national and international clients across a wide range of sectors, including finance, insurance, real estate, tourism, energy, construction, infrastructure, and technology. His expertise spans pre-litigation advice, judicial proceedings, domestic and international arbitration, restructurings, insolvency proceedings, pre-insolvency scenarios, and special situations.
