Mexican firm Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa opens Madrid office

Mexican law firm Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa has opened an office in Madrid.

The Madrid office will be led by new recruit Pere Pons (pictured), who joined the firm from Uría Menéndez.

Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa specialises in tax law, including tax litigation, transfer pricing and social security contributions.

The firm has offices in Mexico City, Monterrey, New York, Querétaro and Madrid.

Pons spent 11 years at Uría Menéndez where he worked in the firm’s New York and Barcelona offices.
