Mazabi advised by King & Wood Mallesons on Madrid hotel and theatre acquisitions

King & Wood Mallesons advised wealth management company Mazabi Gestión de Patrimonios on the acquisition of two buildings in Madrid, Teatro Albéniz and Hotel Madrid.

 

The two buildings comprise a combined area of 13,000 square metres.

The King & Wood Mallesons team advising on the deal included partner Enrique Isla and senior associate Marta Orce.

Mazabi manages a portfolio of more than €750 million distributed between Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.
