Martínez-Echevarría appoints Javier Martín Gamero as partner
Javier Martín Gamero has joined Martínez-Echevarría Abogados as a partner in the firm’s Labor Department in Andalusia. He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and brings thirty years of professional experience, almost entirely focused on labor and social security law.
He has built his career at various law firms, mainly PwC and Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares y Atencia, advising top-tier companies on labor matters. He has advised both public and private companies across multiple sectors, as well as senior executives. He has provided ongoing advisory services, represented clients in individual and collective labor disputes at all levels, negotiated collective agreements, and participated in restructuring processes, both pre-insolvency and insolvency. He has also conducted labor audits and issued specialized legal opinions.
Throughout his professional career, he has authored and coordinated various legal publications, taught courses and specialized seminars, and spoken at conferences within his field of expertise.
