Martinez Echevarría advises on the purchase of Sealog
Martinez-Echevarría has advised the Belgian company Ninatrans on the acquisition of the Spanish logistics company Sealog. This acquisition marks a significant step in Ninatrans’ expansion strategy, allowing the company to strengthen its presence in Southern Europe, enhance its market position, and unlock new growth opportunities.
Sealog specializes in international transport for the automotive sector across Central Europe. With around fifty employees and a fleet comprising 50 tractors and 70 trailers, the company also operates a 2,000m² warehouse equipped with cross-dock facilities for its clients.
With over 60 years of history, Ninatrans has built a strong presence in six countries, focusing on both national and international transport operations. The acquisition of Sealog will enable the company to better serve its clients in the region and expand its logistics network.
The Corporate and M&A team at Martinez-Echevarría, led by Óscar Murillo Sanz, advised Ninatrans on the transaction. The legal team also included Pablo Díaz Villanueva, Luis Burillo López-Camacho, Paula Alonso, and Carlos Herrera.
