Mariscal leads Pratia Spain’s first joint venture abroad with UOMi
Mariscal Abogados has led Pratia Spain’s first joint venture abroad with UOMi (Unidad de Clínicas Mi Oncología). The joint venture, called “PRATIA SIRIUS”, merges the assets of UOMi – as a provider of clinical trial services in the Spanish market – with the innovative investment and know-how of PRATIA SPAIN, providing a great opportunity for Spanish physicians and patients.
