Marina Pedraz Rodríguez, Iberia Head of Legal at Sephora

Sephora has hired Marina Pedraz Rodríguez as Head of Legal for Iberia at Sephora. The professional comes from Suntory Beverage & Food, where she held the position of senior legal counsel and Data Protection Lead.

Sephora’s new Head of Legal for Iberia has a proven track record in the legal and regulatory compliance field, specialising in data protection, governance and regulation in multinational environments. Before joining the LVMH group company in February 2026, she spent most of her career in the financial and consumer goods sectors.

For the last five years, Pedraz was part of Suntory Beverage & Food, where she served as senior legal counsel & data protection lead for Iberia. During this period, she was responsible for legal advice and the implementation of regulatory compliance and data protection projects, participating in the group’s strategic initiatives in the field of fast-moving consumer goods. During her time at Suntory, she previously worked as legal counsel for the Africa region and also participated in an international exchange programme in Japan, where she worked in the global Governance, Risk, Compliance & Legal area.

Previously, Marina Pedraz served as Legal Counsel, GDPR and Compliance at Santander Spain Merchant Services, where she acted as DPO (Data Protection Officer) and participated in regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering and contractual advisory projects. She began her career in financial regulation as Compliance Officer at ING Spain and Portugal.
