Marimón Advises ICC on Sale to CBRE Investment Management
Marimón Abogados has provided legal counsel to ICC, a joint venture partner with Angelo Gordon, in the sale of two industrial warehouses in Madrid to CBRE Investment Management.
Located in Pinto, 21 kilometers south of Madrid, the two warehouses cover 90,000 m² and are designed to cater to both last-mile operators and regional distribution needs. Certified with the LEED Gold standard, they emphasize sustainability and energy efficiency.
This transaction stands out as one of the most significant logistics deals in Madrid this year. The warehouses’ proximity to key transportation networks makes them a strategic choice for e-commerce operators and regional distributors.
The legal team was led by José Miguel Martín-Zamorano Llamas, partner in the Commercial, M&A, and Real Estate areas, alongside Cristina Diaz, a lawyer specializing in Commercial and M&A.
