Marimón Abogados incorporates new partner in Barcelona

Marimón Abogados has incorporated Javier Hernández as a new partner in the corporate and M&A department of its Barcelona office.

Javier has more than 20 years of experience in the area of mergers and acquisitions, corporate and project finance and debt restructuring, having participated in countless significant transactions, both national and international, in various areas of his professional practice.

With this signing the firm adds 21 partners and strengthens the practice of commercial law and M&A in Barcelona. “The incorporation of Javier Hernández to the firm is great news not only for the commercial law department but for the whole team. Javier is an excellent professional and we are very excited to start this professional project together”, says Luis Marimón, CEO of the firm.

Javier holds a degree in Law from the University of Granada and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa (IE). He began his professional career at Uría Menéndez, where he worked for almost 12 years, and later at PwC Legal and Toda & Nel-lo.
