Marimón Abogados Advises Fresco Film and Peter Welter on Sale to Mediapro

Marimón Abogados has provided legal counsel to Fresco Film in the sale of the company to The Mediapro Studio, the content division of Grupo Mediapro.

Fresco Film, a leading production services company in the global fiction market, has been involved in highly acclaimed projects such as Game of Thrones, The Blacklist, and Narcos: Mexico. This strategic acquisition by Mediapro aims to enhance its capacity to deliver production services to major international projects.

Peter Welter, the current and future CEO of Fresco Film, along with the company, received primary legal advice from Marimón Abogados, with partner Philipp Kirchheim (pictured right), and Maite Andreva (pictured left), senior associate, playing key roles in the transaction.
