Marimón Abogados advises Alcoaxarquia in the entry into the shareholding of Janus Fruit
Marimón Abogados has advised Alcoaxarquia, a company owned by Tresmares and a benchmark in the marketing of avocado and other fruits of organic origin, in the entry into the shareholding of Janus Fruit, a company owned by Anecoop and its partner cooperative Rural San Vicente Ferrer de Benaguasil.
The objective has been to join forces, unite synergies and grow in competitiveness to consolidate Janus Fruit as a reference in the production of avocado-based vegetable spreads.
The team in charge of advising on the transaction was formed by Begoña Redón and Álvaro Gaviño, partners in commercial law and M&A.
