Marianna Vignapiano is the new general counsel of Enfinity

Change of role for Marianna Vignapiano (pictured), who has taken on the role of general counsel for Europe at Enfinity Global, a company operating in the renewable energy sector with offices in North America, Asia, and Europe. In Europe, specifically, the group is active in Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, and England, countries relevant to Vignapiano, who reports directly to the global general counsel.

The lawyer comes from the American telecommunications infrastructure giant Phoenix Tower International, where she joined in 2021 as general counsel for Europe. In the past, she worked at JLL as country head of legal & compliance for Italy. Before that, she worked in consultancy at the law firms M&P, CBA, and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
