Marcos Peña Molina new partner at Administrativando Abogados

Administrativando Abogados, a leading boutique firm in administrative and contentious-administrative law at the national level, has made its third major hire of 2024.

The firm first announced the addition of Blanca Sánchez Martínez as Director of Communication. Blanca declined an offer to work as a journalist for the Ministry of the Presidency of the Government of Spain to join Administrativando Abogados.

Shortly after, David Muñoz Zapata joined the firm after resigning from his position as a civil servant in the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha.

Now, the prestigious boutique firm announces its third significant hire of the year, Marcos Peña Molina. Peña, with a career as civil servant and former advisor at Montero Aramburu, brings a wealth of experience in administrative and contentious-administrative law.

Marcos Peña holds a Law degree specializing in Private Law from the University of Seville and completed his Doctorate in Administrative Law, cum laude, at UPO. He has extensive experience in public law, having served as Chief Legal Officer in Local Administration and as a council member at Montero Aramburu for the past five years.

For Antonio Benítez Ostos, Managing Partner and Founder of the law firm, Marcos Peña’s arrival represents substantial growth for the firm, leveraging his extensive experience in both public service and administrative law.
