Manusa expands in Italy with the purchase of a leading company in the sector by FormaItalia
FormaItalia, a law firm specialized in supporting Spanish businesses in Italy, has carried out a successful due diligence process for the expansion of the Manusa Group in Italy. The process has culminated with the acquisition of the majority of the shares of SGS Italia by the Catalan group.
Manusa Gest, a leading company in the sector of automatic doors and intelligent accesses, thus acquires a majority stake in one of the largest Italian companies in the sector, Sistemi, dedicated to the installation and maintenance of automatic accesses.
FormaItalia’s team, under the leadership of its founding partner Alfredo Izquierdo, has carried out the financial, legal and labor analysis of the Italian company. This Due Diligence process ensured that Manusa had a complete and detailed understanding of the situation of S.G.S. Sistemi, ensuring a smooth acquisition.
