Manuel Mingot, new Ontier Banking & Finance partner
Ontier has strengthened its Banking & Finance department with the incorporation of Manuel Mingot as partner.

Manuel Mingot
With more than 25 years of experience, Manuel Mingot has a degree and a PhD in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid. The new partner has developed his career in national and international firms such as Cuatrecasas, Broseta or Squire Patton Boggs, where for more than nine years he has been the partner responsible in Spain for the areas of Banking & Finance, Project Finance and debt restructuring. Throughout his career he has led multidisciplinary teams and has participated in complex transactions both locally and internationally.
He specializes in corporate and real estate finance, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, private debt, as well as project finance, with a strong focus on renewable energy projects.
In addition, he is a reference in debt restructuring and complex refinancings, and regularly advises financial institutions and debt funds on both restructuring plans and regulatory issues. His experience also extends to the debt securities markets, where he advises on structured finance transactions, fixed income issues and financial derivatives.
