MAIO Legal advises in the acquisition of 31 MWp

MAIO Legal has advised Elona Capital on the acquisition of 31 MWp in Valladolid, Jaén, Córdoba and Cádiz. This brings the total number of photovoltaic projects to 6, equivalent to the annual consumption of 22,000 households.

Founded in 2013, Elona Capital is an independent investment, advisory, development and asset management company specialising in the photovoltaic renewable energy sector in Spain.

With this transaction, Elona Capital already has a portfolio of 41.3 MWp in development and ready to build phase, which will avoid the emission of 15,000 tons of CO2 per year with an investment of €35 million to reach the COD.
