LVMH instructs Abreu Advogados on €2.8bn Belmont deal

Abreu Advogados advised French company LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton on the Portuguese aspects of its acquisition of hotel operator Belmont.

Belmont owns hotels in 24 countries including Reid’s Palace in Funchal, Portugal and Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The Abreu Advogados team was led by partner Alexandra Courela (pictured), and included associates Susana A. Duarte and Sara Soares.
