Lutech acquires Making Science’s cloud and cybersecurity business: Advisors

Lutech, an Italian group specializing in digital services and artificial intelligence, has reached an agreement to acquire Making Science Cloud and Making Science Sweeft Europe, two Spanish companies belonging to the Making Science group dedicated to cloud, software, and cybersecurity.

The transaction, pending regulatory approval for foreign direct investment in Spain, will enable Lutech to strengthen its advanced technology offering in the country, while Making Science will focus on its digital marketing, AdTech, and technology/AI units.
