Luis Belart joins T&Tech after Dentons exit

Dentons partner Luis Belart has announced that he will leave the firm after more than a decade, bringing to an end an 11-year career during which he helped establish Dentons as a recognised player in Spain’s banking and finance market. According to Iberian Lawyer sources, Belart will join the start-up T&Tech as an independent business development advisor.

Belart disclosed his departure through a post published on LinkedIn, where he reflected on his professional journey at the firm and confirmed that he will step down at the end of the month. The partner joined Dentons in August 2015 as a senior associate and was subsequently promoted to partner within the firm’s banking and finance practice.

“Eleven years are almost a third of a professional career, and they have been years in which I have learned and grown in ways that would not have been possible anywhere else,” Belart wrote in the LinkedIn announcement.
