At Dior, in addition to heading the group’s EMEA compliance area, he was also head of legal for Dior Italy, the company’s most relevant market, and chaired its supervisory body in compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001. There he created the global compliance department and provided legal support to key areas such as operations, industry and CRM.

Throughout his career, he has developed his legal career in sectors such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, beverages and fashion, holding legal positions at Colgate-Palmolive, Hill’s Pet Nutrition and Heineken, after starting his career at the law firm Spadafora De Rosa (now Tonucci & Partners).

In addition to his corporate experience, he is co-founder and chairman of the platforms My Governance and DueDeasy, focused on the digitisation of legal and compliance management.
