López Hermoso advises Aria Real Estate on €4.3m property deal

López Hermoso Abogados has advised Aria Real Estate on the acquisition of a 26 real estate portfolio, including several premium assets, located in the center of Madrid, for a total value of €4,300,000.

The transaction involved a thorough review of the assets, as well as legal advice on the transfer process and potential contingencies associated with the transaction in closing.

The legal team handling the transaction was led by Ignacio López Hermoso, partner in the firm’s corporate department, alongside Patricia Sánchez Aguilar, associate at the firm.
