Linklaters on the acquisition of a logistics complex in Alcalá de Henares

Linklaters has advised the JV of an investment vehicle of Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (Cadillac Fairview) and Boreal IM on the acquisition of a logistics complex in Alcalá de Henares.

The firm invests in more than 50 countries across a broad range of assets, including public and private equities, fixed income, credit, commodities, natural resources, infrastructure, real estate and private equity growth, to provide retirement income for 336,000 workers and pensioners.

Headquartered in London, Boreal is a pan-european investment management firm founded by its partners, who on average bring over 18 years of industry experience across all sectors, geographies and transaction types.
