Linklaters instructed by Victoria on Ibero Alcorense acquisition

Linklaters advised UK flooring company Victoria on the acquisition by its subsidiary Keraben of Ibero Alcorense.

Ceramic flooring manufacturer Ibero’s annual revenue stands at around €30 million.

The Linklaters team was led by partner Víctor Manchado (pictured), and included associates Pilar Carnicero and Ramiro Fernández, partner Adolfo Guerrero, associate Santiago Alfonsetti, partner Alejandro Meca, associate Margarita de la Peña and managing associate Belén Lavandera.
