Linklaters advises on the sale of XData Properties

Linklaters has advised Stoneshield Capital on the sale of XData Properties to Iron Mountain, a US data storage and back up management company.

XData owns a data centre in San Fernando de Henares, Madrid, with the capacity to grow to 130 MW of capacity.

The team from Linklaters advising Stoneshield Capital was formed by the partners, Gabriel Cabello (pictured left) and Pablo Medina (pictured right), the managing associate, Esteban de Santos and the junior associate, Sofía Maldonado.
