Linklaters advises on the acquisition of Global Santurban
Linklaters has advised EQT Exeter on the acquisition of Global Santurban, which in turn owns the “Nodis Sevilla”, student residency located in Sevilla.
EQT Exeter is one of the largest real estate investment managers in the world, focused on acquiring, developing and managing logistics/industrial, office, life science and residential properties, with numerous regional offices across the Americas, Europe and Asia.
