Linklaters advises Imopólis on the sale of Parque Holanda
Linklaters has advised Imopólis, acting as management company and legal representative of the closed-ended real estate fund Imodesenvolvimento – Subfundo A, on the sale of Parque Holanda to the Property Core Real Estate Fund, an open-ended real estate investment fund managed and represented by Square Asset Management. Parque Holanda is a logistics complex in Carnaxide that combines warehouse and office space.
The transaction was led by Diogo Plantier Santos, partner and head of Corporate and Real Estate, supported by a multidisciplinary team comprising Rui Camacho Palma, partner and head of Tax, Sílvia Pinheiro Esteves, managing associate, Verónica Nobre, associate, Tomás Cunha, associate, and Nuno Barroca, junior associate, all based in Linklaters’ Lisbon office.
