Linklaters advises Global Switch on the acquisition of land from Iberdrola
Linklaters Spain has advised Global Switch on the acquisition from Iberdrola of approximately 13,000 square meters of land in Madrid, adjacent to Global Switch’s existing data center.
This acquisition is for the development of a new data center, expanding Global Switch’s presence in Spain and marking a significant step in the growth of the technology infrastructure in Madrid.
The team consisted of Adolfo Guerrero (partner), Santiago Alfonsetti (managing associate), Juan Vera (managing associate) and Casilda de Urbina (legal trainee).
