Linkia Legal advises the Swiss firm Commodities Engineering in its establishment in Spain
Linkia Legal has advised the Swiss company Commodities Engineering in the incorporation of its subsidiary in Spain. The company, specialized in consulting for software integration in the commodities sector, thus reinforces its international presence, with operations already consolidated in Switzerland, United Kingdom and now also in Spain.
The expansion is part of a global growth strategy aimed at consolidating its activity in key markets, such as Europe and Latin America. The new company, incorporated in record time, has benefited from the comprehensive legal support of Linkia Legal, which has managed all phases of the process, from the initial formalities to the operational start-up.
The services provided included obtaining the NIE for the CEO (future administrator of the company), the sworn translation of the corporate documentation of the parent company, the drafting of bylaws adapted to the Spanish legal framework, the signing before a notary and the registration in the Commercial Registry. We also managed the opening of the bank account, obtaining the NIF, the electronic signature, the registration with the Social Security and the declaration of the beginning of the activity before the Tax Agency.
“For us, it was essential that the implementation be carried out quickly, securely and adapted to the Spanish legal framework. Every detail counts when it comes to establishing a company from abroad, and our mission is to ensure that the client can focus on their business with total peace of mind,” explains Sergio Román Alonso, founding partner and director of Linkia Legal.
Spain as a strategic destination
The Spanish subsidiary Commodities Engineering will be a key platform for servicing a global network of clients in countries such as Mexico, Peru, Bolivia, the United States, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Morocco and China.
