Linkia Legal advises on the expansion of the French fitness model On Air

On Air Fitness, the French chain of gyms, has announced its expansion plan in the Spanish market, with an investment of 10 million euros in 2025 for the opening of five new centres.

The company, with more than 70 centres operating in France, has made a strong impact thanks to a disruptive concept that combines premium equipment, club-style music and industrial design. This format, which is particularly attractive to a young, urban audience, will be expanded in Spain through a franchise model, with areas reserved for national and international investment groups.

In this expansion, the firm CNA Consulting Partners, led by Cédric Archambault, is playing a key role in the development of the franchise network, accompanying future franchisees in the selection of locations and in coordination with On Air headquarters.

Linkia Legal, specialising in legal advice on Spanish-French matters, is advising several of the investors who are establishing the brand in Spain. Its work includes the incorporation of companies, the structuring of M&A transactions and ongoing tax and legal advice.

‘When an international brand enters Spain through multiple investors, it is essential to build a clear, efficient corporate structure that is adapted to the Spanish tax framework. Our job is to anticipate risks, ensure the legal viability of the project and facilitate its development over time,’ explains Sergio Román Alonso, a French-speaking lawyer and founding partner of Linkia Legal.
