Liklaters advises on a sale and lease back transaction

Linklaters has advised WP Carey Development as buyer and landlord in a sale and lease back transaction comprising 8 industrial facilities located in Italy and Spain.

WP Carey fund has already invested more than 1 billion in real estate operations in the country of Spain. This portfolio includes five assets in Italy and three in the Basque Country (Spain).

The Linklaters team has been formed by Adolfo Guerrero (partner, Madrid), Francesco De Blasio (partner, Milán) and Rosario Bernáldez (Managing Associate, Madrid)
