Lightsource bp hires new managing counsel
Lightsource bp has hired Fernando Reina as new managing counsel for Spain.
Fernando has moved from BayWa r.e. as general counsel for Spain and Portugal where he had been working for more than 5 years.
He started his career working for large law firms such as Ramón y Cajal Abogados (trainee), Baker & McKenzie (summer trainee) or Herbert Smith Freehills (energy and infrastructure lawyer). He is also a guest lecturer at the Spanish Energy Club.
He holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from ICADE, as well as an LLM in Environmental Law from UDIMA University and an international certification of compliance professional by the Spanish Association of Compliance.
