LEXPAL ABOGADOS signs Ignacio Moratilla as Labour partner

LEXPAL ABOGADOS has signed Ignacio Moratilla as partner in charge of its Labour practice

Ignacio Moratilla (pictured left) comes from DA Lawyers (formerly Dutilh) and began his professional career at the Labour boutique directed by professor Luis Enrique de la Villa. He later joined Alfonso Caldevilla´s office, which finally merged with Dutilh.

Moratilla holds a degree in Law from the University of Castilla-La Mancha, a Master’s degree in Corporate Legal Counseling from ICADE and a PDG (General Management Programme) from IESE, ias well as the APD Advanced Course in Corporate Labor Counseling.

The new Labour partner of LEXPAL ABOGADOS has advised numerous national and international companies, especially within the industrial sector, on restructuring, collective bargaining, hiring and international mobility of senior executives and labor auditing of supply chains (subcontracting).
