Legalsha opens a new office specialising in the Second Chance Law
The firm Legalsha, specialised in banking and consumer law, has announced the opening of a new office dedicated exclusively to the Second Chance Law, reinforcing its commitment to national expansion and the provision of highly specialised legal services. The new office will be located in Blanes (Gerona), but will provide services nationwide. This opening is made in alliance with Salatan.IO, a legaltech focused on artificial intelligence and intelligent automation for the legal sector.

As a result of this collaboration, Legalsha Segunda Oportunidad is born, a new business unit with a team of 25 legal professionals, experts in insolvency matters, which will combine personalised legal advice with advanced technological solutions to speed up debt cancellation or restructuring procedures.
The aim of this new line is to facilitate access to this legal mechanism for individuals and self-employed individuals in insolvency situations, reducing time, optimising resources and guaranteeing comprehensive and close attention.
Strategic alliance with the founders of Salatan.IO
As part of the agreement, the founders of Salatan.IO, Cristian Tanase and Fina Salazar, are incorporated as strategic partners of the new project. Tanase will lead the technological development of the area, while Salazar, with more than a decade of experience in insolvency law, will assume the operational coordination from the Blanes office.
Both professionals have a solid background in this field after having been founders and directors of Abogados para tus deudas, a firm specialising in Second Chance recently acquired by Reclamador.es.
