Legal Quatro advises on the acquisition of 100% of the company Autek Ingenieria
Legal Quatro Abogados has advised the Spanish technology multinational GMV on the strategic takeover of 100% of the company Autek Ingenieria, a leading Spanish company in cross-domain systems.
As a result of this agreement Autek Ingenieria has been integrated into GMV’s group of companies. Autek’s current management team will lead GMV’s cross-domain area at global level.
With 25 years’ experience Autek has established itself as a benchmark in the development of Cross-domain products, systems and solutions that enable the secure exchange of information between different domains on the basis of predetermined security policies without compromising data security.
Autek is the first Spanish manufacturer of Cross-domain products with its own technology and is certified by the National Cryptologic Center (CCN) and NATO, which guarantees compliance with the highest security standards.
The advisory team was led by Antonio Dionis and Angela Sayago, founding partner and partner, respectively.
