Legal Quadro advises Devoteam on the acquisition of Deiser
Legal Quatro Abogados has advised the French multinational technology group Devoteam on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Deiser, Desarrollo e Integración de Sistemas, a Spanish company specialising in Atlassian solutions. The operation aims to strenghten Devoteam’s position in the Spanish market and expanding its service offering in the field of collaborative project management.
The acquisition forms part of Devoteam’s expansion strategy in southern Europe and reinforces the company’s commitment to leading AI-driven transformation in the Iberian Peninsula, states Legal Quatro.
The legal advisory team was led by Antonio Dionis and Angela Sayago, founding partner and partner, respectively, of Legal Quatro.
