LCM Partners acquire properties from BBVA, Portugal Branch and Anidaport: advisors

Entities belonging to funds managed by LCM Partners have acquired properties and loans from BBVA, Portugal Branch, and the Group’s real estate company, Anidaport. Legal counsel to LCM Partners was provided by Vieira de Almeida, while the sellers were advised by CMS Portugal. Link Financial Portugal, an associated asset manager of LCM Partners, will administer the portfolio.

Vieira de Almeida’s banking and real estate teams were coordinated by managing associate Sebastião Nogueira, and also included the participation of managing associate Pedro Moraes Vaz and associate Francisco Resina da Silva.
