Lawyou reinforces its Labour area with two new partners

Lawyou has incorporated María de la Hoz del Olmo Navío (Guadalajara), and Aída Ruiz Franco (Barcelona) as partners, both lawyers specialising in Labour Law

 

Del Olmo Navío (pictured left), who has a degree in Law from the University of Alcalá de Henares, has twenty years of experience in Litigation and Legal advice. Thanks to her experience as a lawyer in the trade union field, she has a great deal of added expertise in the Administrative and Contentious-Administrative aspects that affect the careers of civil servants. An expert in Labour Relations from the University of Castilla – La Mancha, she practices in Guadalajara dealing with a wide range of Labour issues.

Ruiz Franco (pictured right) graduated in Law from the UNED and has ten years’ experience. He currently practices in Barcelona. Through a focus on advising on the digital transformation environment, she provides legal advice to individuals and companies on Data Protection, Public Employment, technological gender violence in the workplace and eCommerce, with special attention to entrepreneurship, among other matters. She is a Labour Law and Social Security associate lecturer at Universidad Pompeu Fabra and belongs to Luslabor, Catalonian Association of Labour Lawyers.
