Lawesome incorporates Aitziber Rivas as head of people and culture

Lawesome has incorporated Aitziber Rivas, coming from Hereditas Despacho de Abogados, as head of the people and culture area.

Several years in the distribution sector, leading large teams, allowed her to make the leap to the pharmaceutical sector as Director of Talent Management of the CRO, Contract Research Organization, Clinscience. With the premise of attracting the best talent, she was part of the creation, taught and completed the Master’s Degree in Monitoring of National and International Clinical Trials at the Catholic University of Valencia.

The desire to continue learning, gave her the impetus to develop as a Senior Consultant, forming part of the consulting firm, Equipo Humano, specializing in Innovative Solutions in the Talent Area. More than five years ago, she joined the legal sector at Hereditas Abogados, a law firm specialized in civil-successions. Professionalizing the firm and being part of its expansion has been one of the most exciting projects of her career.
