Lawesome advises in the majority sale of Hispavista to Basque investors
Lawesome has accompanied on the sale of the majority stake of Hispavista to a group of Basque investors led by Induhold Participaciones, composed by Kaizaharra, IAZ Partners, Dularra Group and Cubes Oñiturri.
Hispavista, a pioneer in the early days of the internet, has become a very relevant player in the field of digital marketing and programmatic advertising, as well as a center for the development of high value-added projects in fields such as artificial intelligence, big data, smart cities, IoT and quantum-inspired computing.
The transaction is highly beneficial not only for buyers and sellers, but also for employees, customers, suppliers, partners and the community at large. This transaction ensures the continuity of the project and anchors in Euskadi one of the most interesting business initiatives of the current Basque technological fabric.
The transaction was carried out in conjunction with Bondo Advisors and Lawesome’s M&A team, led by Mikel Mendiola Oleaga, partner of the firm.
