Latham & Watkins and Lupicinio instructed on Atento-Interfile deal

Customer relationship management company Atento was advised by Latham & Watkins on its acquisition of Brazilian business process outsourcing service provider Interfile.

Interfile was advised by Lupicinio Abogados, according to Mergermarket.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval.

Interfile has more than 1,700 employees, two business process outsourcing services centers, and 28 offices.
