Labor10 creates Arya Legal

Labor10 has launched Arya Legal, a new legal brand focused on providing employment advice to companies. The creation of Arya Legal is part of an internal reorganisation aimed at clarifying the positioning of the group’s two lines of business: on the one hand, employment law advice; on the other, payroll outsourcing services, which will continue to operate under the Labor10 BPO brand.

The decision to separate the brands is part of a segmentation strategy that allows communication, processes and resources to be adapted to the specific characteristics of each service, as both lines were already operating with different teams and methodologies.

‘Arya Legal is not starting from scratch. It is the formalisation of work that already represents a fundamental part of our activity. The rebranding allows us to move forward with greater focus and visibility,’ explains David Aceves, partner at the firm.

The new brand has a team of 11 lawyers specialised in labour law, who advise companies on collective bargaining, litigation, restructuring, inspections, internal equality policies and regulatory compliance. Labor10 BPO, for its part, will continue to offer payroll outsourcing services, focusing on quality, the qualifications of its consultants and technology-related services.

With Labor10 BPO, we remain focused on offering rigorous technical management that is adaptable to the specific needs of each organisation. This new stage allows us to further specialise our service without losing coherence as a group,” adds Cristina Romero, partner and head of the outsourcing area.

Currently, Arya Legal accounts for approximately 55% of the group’s turnover, with the payroll unit accounting for the remaining 45%. The group is made up of more than 30 professionals and is based in Madrid. The reorganisation also includes the launch of two new websites and a specific graphic identity for each brand, adapted to its positioning and target audiences.
